build: Find regex component of Boost explicitly ( #2151 )

'Boost::regex' could not be found unless regex is specified explicitly
on some systems.

### Problem description

when building ImHex with system Boost.
### Implementation description
Add `COMPONENETS regex` to require regex library explicitly.
