ocornut 747c9a7adf IsKeyPressed(), IsMouseClicked(), GetKeyPressedAmount(): add a (normally unnecessary) test for ->Down next to ->DownDuration tests, facilitating the use of key eating mechanism.

Consider removing when we add support for input ownership.
