brliron 5a7077412c patterns/bmp: Various improvements (#138) 
- Add various version of the BitmapInfoHeader struct, and autodetect
  the correct one.
- Fix palette detection.
- Use BitmapInfoHeader::biSize to find the position of the palette / data.
