impr: Show external frames when using std::stacktrace backend (#2302)

### Problem description
`std::stacktrace` backend in `hex::trace` does not show frames for
external libraries.
### Implementation description
If `dlfcn.h` is available, use `dladdr` to retrieve external symbol
information.
