517f2e605b Fix file type error 
Additionally changed compiler optimisation back to O3 and temporarily
use only a single buffer with flac decoding.

b0a1eb8283 Add flac support 
Not working properly due to decoding flac in to 32 bit buffer instead of
16 bit.
