40bb881172 Improve CIA creation 
Fixed a bug where the CIA icon was blank.
Fixed automatic version number generation for the CIA.

517f2e605b Fix file type error 
Additionally changed compiler optimisation back to O3 and temporarily
use only a single buffer with flac decoding.
